Returns

We hope that you'll love our lighting as much as we do. However, in the unlikely event that you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Please use the form at the bottom of this page to receive a returns code. Do not send a return without receiving a returns code from us first.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your debit or credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Full refunds exclude shipping costs. All carriage charges are non-refundable.

Any discount awarded through a bundle/multi-buy purchase will be deducted from a refund amount if part of the bundle is returned. Examples include our 50% off LED strip if bought with profile offer. 

Please note that made to measure strip and profile orders are exempt from return unless they are found to be faulty, we cannot accept returns of made to measure orders if you change your mind.

Replacement of Faulty Goods

In the unlikely even you have received a faulty item(s), you have two options:

A. Buy replacement on website
 - Complete the form at the bottom of this page and we will arrange a collection, or you can send back to us.
- Make a replacement purchase on our website.
 - Once faulty item is received back, our quality assurance team will test and if found to be faulty, will issue a refund for the original item.
or,
B. Received replacement
 - Complete the form at the bottom of this page and we will arrange a collection, or you can send back to us.
 - Once faulty item is received back, our quality assurance team will test and if found to be faulty, will issue a free of charge replacement. Testing is completed within 48hrs of faulty item being returned.
If returned item is found not to be faulty, this will be returned to the customer.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.
